John Piper
With a heavy heart, I read that our dear brother, John Piper, has been diagnosed with prostate cancer. His pastor's conferences each February have been such a lifeline for Cole and me each year. Authentic Christianity at it's best. You can read about his diagnoses here. You can also read his sermon that talks candidly about his cancer. Please pray for John Piper.

Janiners-

Thanks for posting! Do I know you? I noticed we both like Jane Austen and Rascal Flatts-- so I already like you! :)

Thanks for letting us know so we can be praying for him and family. I bet sister and hubby don't know this yet, they are avid fans of him as well!

Janiners goes to sisters church and is a friend. Probably saw your site off there. I do the same with sites I like. :) New friends just by blogging!
