I had the same issue all of the sudden and it never fixed itself. I have found that if I put three returns between paragraphs when I'm creating a post that it will put spaces between them once it actually publishes. But OHHHH so frustrating!

Just wanted to drop by, I have different blogger troubles. Sometimes it just won't let me in. It says i have the cookie is function disabled when I dont. Truett says he has the same problem sometimes. I hope your problem gets fixed!!
