Correction Issued
Due to an editing error, This One’s For the Girls incorrectly reported the said tradition between father of the Church family, Cole Church, and his son regarding their daily morning van ritual. Mr. Church said “It was wrong to refer to his son’s voice as a ‘Luke Skywalker voice’ when in fact his son endeavors daily to sound exactly like ‘ANAKIN SKYWALKER.’” When questioned, Mrs. Ray tearfully replied, “I try to fit in with this family and pretend to be savvy on all things Star Wars, but as many of you know, I fell asleep back in 1978, during the very first Star-Wars movie. I was even clutching my R2-D2 necklace as the drool rolled down my chin. I just can’t seem to get my act together.” Mr. Church wishes to express his most heart felt apologies to the StarWar's fans all over the nation who read his wife’s blog on a daily basis.

Actually, my dear, it was 1977 when Star Wars first came out. Also, it's "May the Lord be with you." We say, "May the Lord be with you." Man! Now all of blogworld is seeing what I have to put up with! Good grief! My life is so hard...

I know sarcasm when I read it, but also the entirity of blog world is seeing what This One's For the Girls has to put up with! :-) I'm with ya, girl! The boys say something Star Wars-y to each other, and it's really cute, blesses them, and a sweet tradition. Got it. Now we know that they are WAY over the top about it! :-)

I am not a big fan of Star Wars so this did not offend me. BUT, had this been about Lord of the Rings, I would have been offended. ;)
