Works for Me Wednesday: The Spicerack
I keep my spices in 2 separate cabinets: the salty side and and the sweet side. All of the spices are arranged in alphabetical order. This makes my life so much easier and really works for me!! ‘Nuf said!! Off to Annapolis I go!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Don’t forget to check out Rocks in My Dryer, the Queen of Works for Me Wednesday! For some reason I can't get blogger to link to Shannon right now. But she's over in my blog list.

Now that I think about it, I do keep all my baking supplies and sweet spices on one shelf seperate from the other food and spices. great tip! mine's up. not as cool as yours though.

Awesome idea! Girl, you're full of them. I look forward to Wednesdays!

I do that, too! The sweet ones are in a cupboard near my "baking center", the savory ones are in the cupboard near my cook top. I don't alphabatize, though. Wow!

Hey, we both used the spice rack for our inspiration :) Great idea to add to my idea :) Thank you!

I never thought about that one! Good idea...separating the spices!

I used to keep them in alphabetical order, but they don't seem to stay that way. It sounds nutty at first--until you realize you have 3 bottles of cinnamon. Then ABC isn't such a bad idea. Supermom...don't feel like a failure, LOL! The way I do sort of arrange mine now is by ethnic type--Italian spices together, Mexican together, Chinese together. Except they don't want to stay together, either. I swear they migrate secretly when the cupboard door is closed. How else to explain how the cilantro ends up back with the sesame seeds?

Great idea and I have mine seperated too but by cooking vs. baking. But in no way are they alphabetized! I'm surprised my OCD hasn't done this already.

P.S. I think your site look changed the last time I was here - I love the design!

That's a good idea. I am always digging around.

P.S. I love Annapolis! Have a blast.

I have two sections too: the "used often," and the "better just buy a new one because it's so old" one. Yours is so much smarter!

Alphabetical order? C'mon, Michelle... REALLY?

I like this!

Love your "about me" blurb, too. I guess because it's so not me in some ways.
