*I read through the Bible every other year. (OT one year, NT the next) Ruth might be my favorite book. I just read it a couple of weeks ago and I've been meaning to blog about it.) But I probably read through the Psalms more than any other book, as I read through their entirety each month. I really love the Psalms. I guess I'll say the Psalms.
*Rainbow Fish (for Jane)
*Miss Fannie's Hat (for Anna)
4 Songs I Could Listen to Over and Over:
This one was hard to stop at just 4. When I love a song, I put it on a favorite's CD and literally listen to it OVER AND OVER. (Right kids??)

*I Make My Life a Prayer to You by Keith Green
*Fast Cars and Freedom by Rascal Flatts
*Landslide by Dixie Chicks
*When You Say Nothing at All by Allison Krauss (Sorry, couldn't stop at just 4.)
4 Reasons Why I Keep a Blog:
*I originally started it to keep in touch with my sister better. Last summer, we made a promise to each other that we were going to try harder to invest in our relationship, despite the distance.
*Once I got started, I found out that it's a lot of fun, as well as a relaxing and enjoyable way to end the day. The best part has been keeping up with old friends like this and this and making new friends like this, this, and this.
*I'm a joiner.
*I keep thinking that if I would print it out, it would be a great thing for the kids to read in the years to come.

I'm tagging Ruth as a way for all of you to get to know her a little better. :)

I didn't know you had lived in Jonesboro. My wonderful roommate from college is from Steele, MO (just across the border in the bootheel) and they went to Jonesboro for everything. She had the true southern drawl that you don't hear "up north" too often. Hearing that southern inflection from you is something I enjoy because it reminds me of her. Don't think I have ever told you so though!
No, but I'm going this summer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
