Better than Popsicles
Looking for a yummy, easy-to-prepare, healthy, summertime snack for the kids? Me too! For some reason, it seems like food always disappears more quickly around this place when summertime hits. My idea? Try frozen grapes! Yup, it's as easy as it sounds; just grab a bag of grapes from your local produce department and place in freezer. Once frozen, the grapes are about the consistency of a popsicle but much yummier!!
Mmmm. Mmmm! Enjoy!

MMmmmmm! We used to have those all the time when I was a kid. Cherries, too. I loved sucking on them till they thawed.
Great idea - I'll have to try this!
Mmmmmm, all this food is making me hungry.....
Ditto to Nettie's comments...frozen grapes and cherries? The best.
We used to buy the big bags of frozen fruit from Sam's and munch on them for a while. Thanks for the reminder!
Tasty! What a great summer snack.
really? I never would have thought of that. My kids love grapes and we'll have to try it....everyone is doing food today, it is making me HUNGRY!!!!
I agree!! Frozen grapes are my favorite frozen treat!!
I've been munching on frozen strawberries this week, but maybe I'll try the frozen grapes next week, since this sounds like such a fun idea. Thanks for sharing!
I use to have these as a kid as well as the cherries to. Thanks for the reminder. I'll have to get some for my kids.
Ooo-- sounds so good. I had a friend who would roll hers in cool-aid and then freeze 'em for an extra sugary treat.
That is a good idea. I've made homeade popsicles with grapes in them before, but this is a much easier idea!!
Num! When we were kids we would do these with pitted cherries too!
Yummy! Such fun and so little mess. My kind of snack, for sure!!
I've heard this one before, but that's a great reminder! My family is focusing on eating healthy this summer more than ever, so I'll use this one.
My own WFMW is up...it's my first time!
Thanks for the tip because I'm about done with popsicles - they want one every minute!! Off to the store we go!
Hmmm.......
I'll have to try that.
I might have to put some koolaid or some suger in it.
